The EspaçoObra brand is focused in urban rehabilitation and building refurbishment, taking the traces of contemporary architecture and design in all the projects it embraces.
Rehabilitation is taken as a process of transformation, turning real estate into houses and houses into homes, with living spaces that are adapted to moments, people and experiences of each place.
WE BUILD
MyHouse, the most recently founded brand, is dedicated to construction using advanced and alternative systems, and already has some twenty works in progress throughout the country – all of them anchored in functional, aesthetic, economic and environmental concerns.
